I doubt anyone will take pesos, and if anyone takes pesos, it will be at the "Blue" rate du jour if paying cash. Most everything real estate in Buenos Aires is a US Dollar-based system, even if things convert to pesos for local payment. This is also the case for "a[ny] local, "non-gringo" agency."
