Yeah i know about the bags, it's not like i don't usually buy alcohol at airports

But any shop (well, i tried three... as i was pretty sure the sealed bad should do the trick) at SFO declined to sell my anything over a 100ml as soon as they saw the boarding pass to LHR and me confirming that i'm just going to transit there.
