A) HNL-SYD... Those tickets are not cheap AFAIK (up from GBP 650 r/t in Y).
B) It may help us to help you if you tell us when you want to travel, how long you want to stay and how flexible you are with each.

EDIT: If you want to include LCCs in your search, use SkyScanner. Jetstar lets you sit in Y for 2x10hrs (HNL-SYD) for GBP 350. Not in my lifetime, but YMMV.
