PP has now started the 'Allways' VIP service in the DEL T3 Intl B lounge complex (former space reserved for 9W). Simple lounge access is ₹2500 for 3h, transit service is ₹3000 for intl, 4000 for dom-intl vv. Not a bad idea if you want assistance for grandpa/grandma.
