"Fjord" is technically correct but this is not Norway. The mountains are low but attractive. There's lots of whale-watching in the harbour at Tadoussac (a worthwhile place to stay) and you can hike along the Saguenay or take a boat ride. You may want to consider Gros Morne Park in Newfoundland or the west coast of mainland BC.
