Since infants and children are rightly allowed to accompany their parents to the Admirals Club, perhaps you might want to find some place which discriminates against people based on their age. Good luck with that.

As to flying, if one wishes to fly without minors around, I suggest you consider chartering a plane.
Nothing disgusting about changing a diaper - changing it in the bar area is truly disgusting.

First time I flew EK, in 2007, the FA told me stories of how some Indian pax would wipe their babies' dirty diapers on the wall of the plane when they were not paid enough attention. Now THAT is a whole other level of disgusting, if true.
