They promise money back within seven days and can't even do it within 10 days.
Something is fishy here, an international transfer should not take more than 2-3 days. It's 2015, not 1995.

I think the quickest way is to file a dispute with your credit card company. After the credit card company has been notified of the dispute the funds will be available to purchase a new ticket.
