Are we ever going to see our money back? I need them to book other flights since AA won't honor. This is s**t and tomorrow after work I am taking this to the police.

They promise money back within seven days and can't even do it within 10 days.
Something is fishy here, an international transfer should not take more than 2-3 days. It's 2015, not 1995.
