Unfortunately, not so much.

Rather than continue that US tradition, Mr. Parker's team has chosen to further narrow the channels to communicate with AA to an e-form. It's use most frequently results in a boilerplate reply that often enough is irrelevant and unrelated to the subject of the original communication.

EP have no alternative line of communication (other than calling the EP desk agents).
