You will need a passport where most countries on the network don't require you to have a visa. We have visas for the U.S. as it's a requirement from the U.S. government (I think). I know of someone with a Romanian passport who couldn't get a cabin crew job with us due to the restriction their passport put on their travels. Having a Lebanese passport would be too restrictive I think, but do enquire to make sure.
