I hold a Lebanese passport, with a 5 years UK residence card so i have the right to work and live in the uk. However the lebanese passport has restricted global travel, which means if i wanted to travel to anywhere as a tourist , I always need to apply for a visa ahead of time.

Prior to finding this on the job description I thought airline cabin crew usually are exempt of visas and/or get a crew visa upon arrival to airports.. If thats the case then why is this a requirement for BA to have unrestricted global travel passport ? When a uk work permit is enough?

Would i be able to get that job with my current passport at all?
Why not apply for naturalisation https://www.gov.uk/government/upload...2015_final.pdf
