UK passport holders also require visas for some countries. I'm not an expert on the matter, but to me it sounds like a formal description of any normal passport. Ie, as long as you hold a passport that is valid for travel to any country (regardless of the need for a visa or not) you should be OK.

I'm sure some of the resident BA staffers will be along to give their take on it as well.
