I don't mind at all. In my opinion, Cap One's marketing deceives customers and its products are poor-designed in general.
Taking the Venture as an example - Cap One claims you will earn "miles". But in fact, the "miles" are practically reward points which 1 "mile" = $0.01. In order for you to earn 2x "miles", a $59 AF is attached to the card. Excluding Double Cash, there are many cards offering bonus categories without an AF (and many people carrying multiple cards to maximize bonus).
Also, the usual bad reputations associated with Cap One (which has been widely discussed over the internet):

Declaimer - Cap One is the only major issuer that I don't and never have an account (the rest are Chase, BofA, Citi, U.S. Bank, AMEX, and Discover).
People have successfully converted it to a double cash in the past, but it seemed like a lot of people needed to try more than once to get a rep to do it.
My past experience was Citi is the most flexible among all issuers in term of product changes. My oldest card was Citi Platinum Select College and now is Citi Simplicity Cash (Old Version).
