Neither do I.

I very much doubt Iberia will investigate it either but if the OP is happy to get it off his chest by complaining then that's the main thing. Thinking about this, maybe it's just me but cabin crew don't seem to be as fastidious about checking seat belts etc before landing as they were in years gone by. A result of lower crewing levels probably.
