Delta has had a program called "Above and Beyond". For the past few years, I would get a packet with these coupons in them early in the year to hand out when someone has gone above and beyond the call of duty. The employee would then send them into Delta and would be entered into drawings for awards. I used to use the coupons as bribes to get free headsets or drinks when I flew coach.
