When I went to Belgium, they did not stamp the passport upon arrival. When departing from Amsterdam, they did not stamp it. So there was no proof at all that we left the country.

BUT, on the Customs Declaration when they ask what country(-ies) you went to, do you put the one you were at for an hour or none (since technically you were on "international ground")
