Well I'm only a lowly Plat50 which got me a welcome gift of 6 grapes a tiny cookie and some weird chocolate covered Rice Krispie. Guess that must have broken the bank. Then I was lucky enough to get upgraded to a room with a king bed even tho my reservation specifically said I required two beds. But then the welcome card addressed to Mr when I was a female was even better. I had the same issue here last year and corrected them but obviously they really don't care. Check in for us was a mess, waited and after they 3 check in staff in front finished serving 2 of them just didn't bother acknowledging my friend who was waiting to be checked in.
