Only no fee first year offer i can find in Canada for Aeroplan - good till October 30th.
The CIBC Aerogold Business is also FYF (20k welcome bonus). Of course you also have FYF offers on AMEX cards that earn MR (Gold, Gold Business) and then transfer 1:1 to Aeroplan.
