I'm flying within China from time to time and was wondering which mileage programs (both airline or credit card) offer good value.

My questions are the following:
Are there any excellent frequent flyer programs among Chinese airlines?
Are there any programs which allow you to transfer miles from one of the credit cards?
Are there any programs with good redemption value either for premium cabins or for economy?
