Oz -good choice. I was in Bagdad and all over Iran right before the fall of the Shah in 1975. Amazing place..I'll dig up some old info for you, but it's outdated and your rite its much better there NOW.I had 9 Persian employees and I can speak a bit of Farce and Urdu..GREAT CULTURE TOO!.....where is our 'friend'? Any news? I sure would help to have it happen! Please let me know! and yes go to Iran. I went from N.Y.-PARIS TO=BAGDAD=TERHAN-KABUL RT $U800-overland to Kyber Pass to Peshswar ,Pakistan , Lahore -India for a year! than to GOA AND NEPAL AND TIBET! WHAT A TRIP! I was 23
then,,,now I'am 49 and the BAHT RUN IS PROBALY = IF NOT BETTER. Please see if your contact is willing now--important..I will be the first to do it! Thanks a lot---Stuart
