A UA charge of $9.99 showed up on my Mileageplus Visa yesterday (9/7) with transactipn date of (9/5). I traveled back on 7/31 and ordered an inflight meal. So I tried the online-receipt website, but its unable to find my receipt. So then I called 1K premier line, took about 30 minutes, they still couldn't find the receipt for me. After I got transferred to UA customer care, a nice lady promise to send me the e-receipt within 24 hours. So, I guess I just have to wait and see.

Meanwhile, our company has a strict expense policy (with receipt and within 2 weeks of travel) so I guess I have to swallow this charge. I probably not going to buy any more inflight purchases....
