MSP connections are pleasant enough but on multiple occasions I have arrived at one extreme and departed on the other extreme. The walk between both extremes is in excess of 1 mile. Both flights were Delta. MSP is not the better option for a short layover for domestic or international.
An international flight will not be arriving at the far end of B. (It's over a mile from the far end of A just to the ticketing area.)
