That may be the case, but BA haven't yet achieved ANAmateur Guest List status. Until they have, they will have to endure my hold music/menu system. When they have achieved it, by keeping my glass stocked with LPGS and offering >3 upgrades per year, I will give them a new phone number that they can call me on.
