Received a call from BA yesterday to welcome me to GGL and explain the benefits. It wasn't a good time, so I asked them to call me back today.

I'm thinking of downloading the Flower Duet and putting them on hold for thirty minutes when they call later. Also thinking of making them jump through a menu system, then make them listen to a lengthy disclaimer.
