Sorry! I misunderstood your question!

You can leave bags in the left luggage facility at Changi. it's quite cheap and pretty simple to do. just go to the left luggage counter and tell them how long you want to store your bags.

However, you will need to clear immigration (it's really simple and easy and doesn't take much time) as your checked in luggage can only be collected AFTER immigration.
