If you check the reviews of the Westin Heavenly Bed on the Westin Store, Nordstrom or Pottery Barn sites you will see that the vast majority of the reviews state the Westin Heavenly Bed which is made for consumers is NOT the same Westin Heavenly Bed used in the hotels. The reviews repeatedly complain of sagging within a month of use. Just a heads-up!
