The hotel treated me very well. The hotel manager Susan was fantastic. The room was large and comfortable. However, the hotel should be embarrassed of their money-grabbing $25 facility fee.

What facilities? Their justification was the gym & Internet, which is complimentary for elites anyways. Water in the room? I get it at every Starwood property as an elite. There isn't a single thing that justifies $25 a day.
