There is no stress required. It is easily possible even with limited mobility or if requiring assistance. An elderly relative of mine had a connection of 1hr in DOH both ways, had wheelchair assistance and made it fine.
The minimum connection time at DOH for QR-QR is 45 minutes which QR handles very well. They are setup for connecting traffic, and try to minimise connection times and ensure all passengers make their connections wherever possible to compete with airlines offering direct services.
I think it is extremely unlikely you will be able to get a full refund unless you booked a fully refundable ticket in the first place. Your connection time leaves plenty of time. Don't worry and enjoy your flights.
