Based on what I have heard on the board, I started up a relationship with my CTO. I had a bunch of AA Something Special certs from Volumebuy and had to go there to buy the tickets. Since then, I have dropped by to buy other tickets and to say hi to Mrs. O'Brien there. I also brought back a pound of chocolates from Switzerland (from a Coop store in Basel, Rudi) for each of the three staffers there. I also offer advice when other travellers in line have questions (like where to fly into for the Bay Area ...).

I have not needed them for any big favors, but I would rather be ahead at the bank of favors on their account than behind.

I go to the CTO for AA in Dallas at Belt Line and the Tollway.
