The challenges of catering Glenlivet were discussed to death on the AA forum. The short course is that US airlines will change brands if the wholesale price, before catering and accounting costs, goes higher than about a buck. That is the reason why Tito's vodka is now served on AA, UA and VX.
Is that what it was? Can anyone provide a link? The minis I still have are evaporating slowly.
