The 9:20pm is loaded as refreshments/snack basket. With the meal "upgrades" they took midcon flight out of consideration between the hours of 1:30-3:59pm and after 9pm. No more cold plates. Only departures between the short period of 8:01pm-9:00pm transcons /Hawaii get the cold snack.
