Doc, I edited my post today three times. I toned it down each time to try to avoid getting into a war with you. Clearly you and snake were wrong not to answer a new posters question. Be it an insult or not, you did confuse the poster with your "joke". Did you help them? No. All that was accomplished was the aformentioned confusion and another post in your count. My point was and is, that new posters (in particular) should have their questions answered not confused or insulted. You will notice that my stooge remark was directed at both you and snake. It was a collective insult (by telling him not to smoke, he's a big boy i'm sure he knows the risk) by not only not helping, but disparaging his behavior (smoking).This is clearly demonstrated my his second post.

Clearly, I have never advocated to be "perfect" one must smoke.
You keep using the "yeah, BUT..." defense. You are saying, Okay I was wrong, but cigarman was more wrong because he called me a name". Tell you what, I'm sorry for calling you and snake a name. I shouldn't have done it. No excuses.
