Using Miles v/s Buying Tickets - Advise!
Hoping to get my nephew from Seattle to Austin during the Thanksgiving break. dilemma is cost of ticket is $ 630 for R/T from Seattle to Austin, and to use miles is 50k miles + 12 $..
My math tells me I am better off paying the $630 and NOT use the $50k miles, since those can be redeemed for other Alaska partner awards.
Anyone agrees or disagrees. . appreciate feedback !
