is your point that:
a) you felt that she was rude
b) there are rude MLL agents at YYZ T2
c) she was doing her job by checking your status
d) you felt that her "job" should be "greeting" people politely instead
e) she couldn't read the back end of your Aeroplan number on the bp to discern that you were, in fact, an SE
f) you were annoyed that you had to pull out your SE card in order to get service
Regardless, I wouldn't expect to get service from any agent in the MLL
until you have clearly demonstrated that you are eligible for access to services and facilities.
Once that's established however, you should expect the service they claim to be able to give.
