Updated - flight arrived around 2:00 and EA attendant was still on site in the booth. This was at the CMH location which I've not heard any good things about and I can kind of see why. Don't get me wrong, I'm very happy I was able to get a car (and it's not even a Cruze!), but the entire process was for more complicated than it needed to be, specifically when all parties involved are exhausted at 2:15AM.
