Ink Bold turned into a Credit Card as of 08/31/2015. Possible to transfer creditline?

It looks like the Ink Bold has been turned into a Credit Card instead of a Charge Card. Personally I was given a $12,000 credit limit.

I wonder if it is now possible to transfer this credit line to my Ink Plus or Ink Cash, as I had been planning to cancel the Ink Bold in a couple of months?
