There used to be an observation deck and bar just under the BOS control tower. The facility was on about the 17th floor of the tower building. However, it closed down amidst security concerns at airports. I was looking around once at where all the doores lead in this place, and once got locked out on the fire stairs. Had to walk down 17 flights of stairs down to the lobbey, because you could not get back in. The Legal Seafood, in BOS at term B. US, isn't bad either....though its not as interesting as a bar in the tower.
