They try and get 45 customers in each bus but many are selfish and stand by the doors which only delays the bus departing.
Bussing at LHR is always going to happen as there isn't enough stands with jetties.
This bus was full. It was already shoulder to shoulder.
I suppose the concept of a seperate business / first bus would never happen. They do seem to manage it in Dubai OK thought.
