Bussed like cattle to remote stand

I had a rather unpleasant experience today when we were bussed from gate A4 to a remote stand for a domestic flight up to Glasgow.
The staff (both driver of the bus and the lady who was manning the boarding process) were rude, had no concept of customer service and generally treated the passengers like cattle. Passengers were being shouted at to move up the bus (it was already full, and moving up meant squashing closer together). When one customer asked why we were being asked to squeeze up when another bus was coming, he was shouted at and told there was a 'quota' of passengers to get on each bus (something she probably made up on the spot) and then he was told that the bus was going nowhere until everyone moved up. When he complianed that it was already squashed he was told to write in and complain if he wasn't happy.

I have found this type of attitude across several other T5 staff, from Security in terms of the way they speak to passengers and the staff who patrol the passport control. They treat customers with contempt and rudeness.
I submitted a complaint to Heathrow Airport direct as I think they are Airport staff (rather than BA staff?) however I will mention this when I am complaining to BA about the 2 out of service toilets in Club World on the BA 112 from JFK last night. Out of service for the full duration of the flight.
I am clearly grumpy today. </moan>.
