I've flown multiple PHL-SEA dinner flights this year and was offered the customized sundae with all of the toppings or the fruit and cheese plates. Each time was served from the typical business-class style two-tiered silver cart with cordials and a FA from Y came up to assist the F FA with the service. It's been well presented and executed each time. Very weird that LAX doesn't get the same.
