I'm new to Chase UR. I will be in London in October and want to stay at the Crowne Plaza in Blackfriars. I logged into the Chase travel portal and searched for "Crowne Plaza". Three options popped up, but not the one I'm looking for.

Is it only possible to book certain hotels through the travel portal?

Just realized the Crowne Plaza is an IHG property. Unfortunately, there is no award availability for the nights I'm interested in.
