US law requires that the baggage allowance for first & second bags for the ticket be displayed on the e-ticket receipt. What is shown on the e-ticket receipt is what the check-in agent will see when you check in at TPA. It is also what AA's website shows for a US-Europe ticket (which is what you hold despite the connection at ORD).

I think they've got it right for a TPA-CPH ticket, e.g., first bag is $0 and second bag is $100.
