Back in July I mailed in my VAT refund requests and indicated that they be credited to my credit card when leaving Nice. The amounts still haven't been posted to my Amex card. When I called Amex, they said that they could do nothing as this was not a dispute with the merchant that I made the purchase with. All of the documentation was filled out correctly as I have done this before , and am curious if others have had the same experience in France?
