I'm planning to call in for retention offers pretty soon. Questions:

1) Can I get retention offers for multiple cards in one call? I have a Premier AND a Prestige.

2) Is it possible to have 'rolling' retention offers? Say I get bonus points for 6 months...can I get a new offer after 6 months? Is there a rule of thumb as far as how often to ask?

3) Does it have to be near the time my AF is due?

4) Do they list all potential offers at once or do you go 1 by 1? Can you pick at the end or once you skip is it gone?
