Just found out again this year like in 2013/2014 peak season they will be offering upper deck to economy passengers on flights to Brisbane and Auckland from Taipei on the 747-400 (This year no first class cabin). While a poor business class seat for today standards its very good for us economy passengers needing a better sleep on the red eye flights to and from Taipei.
