As you are flying J on QF, you will be able to access the JAL Sakura Business lounge in the International terminal at HND. You won't need to be a QFF member, your J boarding pass for a QF flight will be enough.

I've never done a layover at HND, though have flown in or out several times. One of its great advantages to me is the proximity to Tokyo, so I would join those recommending heading into the city for a few hours. A great city, I miss it as my recent flying patterns haven't brought me there in over a year...
