1. Is the "pre-order option for meals only available on flights "from" London, not "to" London? We are on one of the routes that offers this service (SEA--LHR) but the option does not appear in MMB for our flight from Seattle later this month.

2. If I specify a "gluten -free" meal ( which I can do on the outbound flight), will I still get a choice of entrees? Or is there just one set menu since this is a special order? I have previously just chosen what I want from the regular menu and hand anything I can't eat over to my husband, but wonder if I should try the gluten-free option this time.
