I wouldn't give up just because one agent told you they couldn't do it. Try again, it never hurts to keep going if you know someone else has done it. If you get stuck ask to be transferred to a new account specialist. My charge posted on my Aviator card this morning and my account fully funded. I wouldn't give up on that many easy points that quickly.
