Peronally speaking I couldn't disagree more - have flown them myself on a couple of occasions. Flat bed seating on their long haul aircraft, acceptable inflight entertainment selection, superb food and consistently good service from the attentive crew. I don't think I was just lucky on my trips but I would choose them over BA in business class any day!
