This was one of the incidents at Chep Lap Kok , the other was an overshoot at Kai Tak.
If you are talking service, I have flown with them (before the NGO crash, as they were the cheapest and only available flights from Japan) and the service couldn't be compared to Cathay or even Dragonair. BR (EVA AIR) is a fine airline and I would not hesitate to fly them , and have.
